Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Buy
We provide a 7-day Free Trial with 30-second morphing limits specifically so you can test hardware compatibility before purchasing. We strongly encourage all users to use the trial first to ensure Clonada runs optimally on your system.
2. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital software and the immediate delivery of license keys, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated. By activating your license, you acknowledge that the software has been delivered and the digital product has been consumed.
3. Exceptions
We understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. The following exceptions apply:
Technical Failure
If the software is proven to be non-functional on a system meeting our published “Minimum Specifications” and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your initial support request, a full refund will be issued. You must provide system specifications and cooperate with our troubleshooting process.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase
Duplicate orders will be refunded 100% within 48 hours of the second purchase. Contact support with both order confirmation numbers.
Identity Banks
We do not offer refunds based on the “subjective quality” of a voice model you trained, as the quality of the clone depends directly on the quality of your input audio. For best results, provide 30 minutes of clean, dry vocal recordings in a treated room.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:
- Email support@clonada.io with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
- Include your purchase receipt, system specifications, and a detailed description of the issue
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method
5. License Deactivation
Upon receiving a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated and you must uninstall the software from all machines. Continued use of the software after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
