1. License Grant
Clonada Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Clonada Voice Trainer Suite for personal or commercial music production. This license is valid for a single user on up to two (2) machines simultaneously.
2. Voice Modeling Rights
By using the “Modeling Studio,” you represent and warrant that you have the legal right or explicit written permission to clone the voice of the individual being recorded. Clonada Labs is not liable for unauthorized voice cloning.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding voice likeness, personality rights, and consent in your jurisdiction. Misuse of voice cloning technology for fraud, impersonation, or defamation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination.
3. Reverse Engineering
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Clonada C++ Inference Engine or the .CLND model format. Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of this agreement and will result in license revocation without refund.
4. Hardware Responsibility
Clonada is a high-performance GPU-based application. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets the minimum specifications listed on our website to prevent overheating, system instability, or hardware damage. Clonada Labs is not liable for any hardware damage resulting from use of the software.
Minimum System Requirements:
- Windows: NVIDIA RTX 2060 or higher, 16GB RAM, SSD storage
- macOS: Apple M1 or higher, 16GB unified memory
- DAW: Any host supporting VST3, AU, or AAX (ARA 2.0 for timeline integration)
5. Output Ownership
You own 100% of the audio rendered through the “Swap Engine,” provided the source voice model was legally obtained. Clonada Labs claims no ownership, royalties, or rights to any audio processed through our software.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software and any .CLND Identity Bank files created with the software.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clonada Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
